Unlike conventional petroleum extraction, YAMAMOTO neoprene is extracted from limestone containing 99.7% calcium and carbonate. It contains up to 93% of closed cells, 22-23% more than in the same industry. The closed cells do not absorb water and are filled with nitrogen to avoid the infiltration of moisture and ensure good insulation performance. The new Titanium Alloy Alpha, which was adopted by NASA, is even better. The S.C.S. coating gives the material a resistance coefficient in water of an impressive 0.021, compared with 4 for a generic brand of neoprene,its average tensile strength is seven times of normal neoprene.

SCS are advanced and revolutionary materials, using advanced nanoscale technology to make special coatings on independent closed neoprene cells. The closed pores of SCS on the rubber surface effectively repel water molecules when in contact with air, thus greatly reducing the resistance in water. The friction coefficients of SCS materials in dry and underwater environments were less than 1/10 and 1/100respectively, according to the Japanese research institute. Extremely low friction coefficient brings you unprecedented diving experience.

Thermal enhanced and ultra light submersible suit

The SCS materials are made of titanium, an aerospace material. Titanium-coated submersible suit has 40% better heat retention than conventional neoprene sponges. Therefore, the Ti-alpha technology reduces the thickness of the rubber while keeping the body warm, thus reducing the weight and volume of the diving suit. For example, the 3.0mm titanium alloy material can replace the conventional 5.0mm, reducing the thickness and weight by 40%, adding comfort and pleasure to your diving activities.
